Hi there, I have been told that 8mm is too slim to us as a floor tile? Have you had any feed back saying that have cracked? And are these suitable for the floor. As it stats 10mm should be the minimum Also to add what’s the delivery turn around? Thanks.
Our advice: Good morning, Thank you for contacting us. We can confirm that an 8mm Porcelain floor tile is perfectly suitable. We are happy with the quality of this product and have had no reports of the tile being unfit for purpose. If we can assist further please let us know. Kind regards,

Are these frost resistant? and vitrified? Thanks
Our advice: These tiles are frost resistant, however, we would not advise installing them externally. The tiles are not fully vitrified.

I can see the brown lines/patterns on the tiles but overall is this a white or light brown tile? I.e. Why is it called Carrara Gold and the other Carrara white? Also which is shinier gloss or porcelain?
Our advice: The tile is off white. Polished Porcelain will have a slightly higher shine than Gloss.
