I'm pleased with the tiles I purchased but I don't understand why, unlike any other store, returns cannot be done. One box of tiles was not used eventually and I wanted to return that but was told 'it is not accepted to return part of the order'. This makes it very unconvenient. While in evry other store you are allowed to return any full box of tiles if unopened.

We do advise that we are unable to accept the return of leftover boxes as, generally, we are unable to resell them - this is because we can move through batches very quickly.
