Good pricing but customer experience was great struggle

Pricing was very great, considering what was offered around for the same quality of product. However the policy of no refund on the order, made it so hard to make the decision to purchase and also you cannot return any un-used boxes/tiles. My nearest store is 20 miles away so I bought extra to save journey for collection, now unable to return unused box tiles. You also have to order tiles for delivery or collection from store so it's not like, if you are short on tiles, you can just simply pick it up from any store. Deliver is 3-4 working days so if you are short, it will probably halt work. which is most fustrating and in most case add labour cost.

Got tiles after having a dog as easier to clean. Chose these tiles as they have some grit about them and non slip. Clean up well and appear very durable but time will tell as only just been put down. Happy customer

Our advice: These tiles are frost resistant and would be suitable for a patio project. This is provided however that the tiles are installed onto a cured concrete base.

Our advice: The closest match we could offer would be our Beton Soft Mid Outdoor Slab Tiles SKU: 442970. Alternatively, our Urban range can be used outside providing the tile is laid onto a solid concrete base and adhered with an exterior tile adhesive.

Our advice: Being a porcelain tile, these tiles can be used outside as they are frostproof. However, the anti-slip rating of these tiles is only r9 so they will be quite slippery when wet. We would always advise ordering a sample of the tile to ensure they are suitable for the project.

Hi. I'm thinking of ordering the Urban 600x600mm tile in grey for my kitchen. Do they stain or are they easy to clean. For example oil from cooking or muddy dog footprints. Thanks

Our advice: These tiles are most definitely suitable for installation in a kitchen but as with all spills or accidents, we would advise addressing them as soon as possible to avoid any difficulties in cleaning the tiles.
