Augusta White Slate Effect Matt Porcelain Floor Tile

From purchase to delivery, the experience was very good. After delivery I found one broken pack of tiles (4 tiles). I informed Customer Service team and it was an easy solution to get the tiles replaced. They came the next day. Overall a good experience and I would recommend Tile Mountain to anyone. Nice matt finish pale grey ( despite being called white) 60cm floor tile for our kitchen refurb. Struggled to find matt surfaces in a pale grey elsewhere and Tile Mountain had a few to choose from. Good comms from purchase and through delivery. Special thanks to the delivery driver who tried to get the pallet into our garage, and left it as close as possible to limit the distance we needed to carry the tiles. Very much appreciated.

Good value and quality

Our experience with tile mountain was flawless. From order to delivery the communication could not be faulted! The email updates where so helpful and allowed us to follow step by step were our tiles were and even attached a picture of them all securely packaged up! Our order arrived 15 minutes earlier than the start of the time slot given which was ideal! The delivery guy was great and brought the pallet into the back garden for us so we didn’t have to move them for our tiler! I think the tiles were incredible value for money. They look so expensive and the pictures don’t even do them justice, they are stunning! So happy with our order and would recommend to anyone!

Ordered our tiles in store and delivered on time with day/time requested. Some damaged tiles, contacted tile mountain and this was rectified very swiftly with no issues. Tiles are great quality and looks amazing for the price. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future.

These tiles are a perfect size and colour for our bathroom. They seem really good quality too.
