Calacatta White Marble Effect Matt Porcelain Outdoor Slab Tile

Great slabs, quick delivery. Great communication as usual. Only thing that gave me a problem with my project was last year the slabs I bought were Carrara Marble White Outdoor Porcelain Slab Tiles 595 x 595 x20. Unfortunately they were discontinued and the Calacatta were the replacement, which to be fair were a good match in look but the size was 600 x 600 x 20 so this resulted in a fair bit of grinding tiles to match existing. Got there in the end & highly recommend tile mountain. I’ve bought a lot of items from them and will still continue to do so.

I recently ordered the Porcelain Outdoor Slab Tile from Tile Mountain, and I must say, I’m genuinely impressed! From start to finish, my experience has been fantastic. After deciding to go with this tile, I ordered a sample, which arrived quickly and matched the final product beautifully. The slab feels incredibly sturdy—I even cut and tapped on a few pieces, and they held up without a hint of damage. It gives me confidence that they’ll endure the outdoor elements, although I can’t speak to the longevity of the top layer just yet. What truly stood out was Tile Mountain’s service. They kept me updated at every stage of my order, sending emails about everything from the placement to the dispatch, complete with images of the pallet. When the delivery was delayed because of the weekend, their customer care reached out proactively to inform me, which is a rarity these days! Unfortunately, there was a little damage during transit, but I quickly reported it, and they sent a replacement right away. Overall, I’m very happy with both the tiles and the service I received. I would definitely recommend Tile Mountain if you’re in the market for outdoor tiles. I would definitely recommend tile mountain and most likely I will place an order again to them.
