Would these tiles be suitable for walls if fitted to backer board?
Our advice: Yes, these can be installed onto backerboard on walls. We would, however, advise arranging for a qualified tradesperson to assess the wall.

Are these tiles suitable for use in a shower / wet room
Our advice: We would not recommend using these tiles in a wetroom. We would instead recommend installing a tile that has an anti-slip rating of R11 or above.
