Key Features

  • Quirky chevron form factor

  • Durable porcelain construction

  • Matt finish

  • Companion wall & floor tiles available for each colourway

Turning the notion of what constitutes a tile on its head is Coda, a wonderfully quirky range of faux-splitface tiles that take their inspiration from Japanese Lamellar armour and utilise an interlocking chevron shape in their design. Constructed from durable porcelain and available in four subtle colourways (with matching wall and floor tiles), Coda is an excellent choice for those looking to add a dash of intrigue to their interiors thanks to their subtle shimmering matt finish and intriguing form-factor. Use in conjunction with the wall and floor tiles in bathrooms to create a uniform aesthetic or deploy blocks of each colour for a zoning effect.

Super look, quality, value and service.

Both Decor and regular Coda Steel tiles used on the project. Main order was quick and delivered. Needed some extra tiles which were collected from the Birmingham store. The customer service at the Birmingham store has to have a special mention which was 1st class. Thank you.

Looking very good and quite unusual.

The tiler said they are nice tiles and from the picture he sent me they seem good.

I am so pleased with my choice of tiles for the feature wall in my bathroom. Everybody who has seen the finished result loves them. I had no complaints from my tiler about any difficulties with cutting these tiles although they aren't the easiest to grout. Small price to pay for the visual impact of these gorgeous tiles. I'm slightly concerned about keeping them clean, due to the ridges, but I wipe them down with a clean cloth after showering and make sure the bathroom is well ventilated until all surfaces are dry. Customer service from Tile Mountain has been outstanding.

Can these tiles be used on the floor

Our advice: These tiles wouldn't be suitable for a flooring installation.

What grout would you recommend with this tile please?

Our advice: We would recommend using our Ultracolor Manhattan (Light Grey) 110 Flexible Grout 5kg.

Hi do these tiles need grouting? They look like they lock together without it. Thanks

Our advice: These tiles require grouting.

What type of product can we utilize to maintain its cleanliness?

Our advice: We would recommend using the LTP Porcelain Tile Cleaner for general maintenance (SKU: LTP101).

What tile trim would you recommend? Do you still need a tile trim if you leave it with a wavey edge?

Our advice: We would advise using a tile trim a few millimetres larger than the thickness of the tile. This tile is 11mm, unfortunately, we don't stock a trim that would be suitable for this tile. If you would prefer a wavy edge the tile can be left finished without the use of a trim.

What size tile spacer should be used? Thanks

Our advice: We would advise using a 3mm tile spacer.
