Yes, this can be used with waterbased underfloor heating.
This Laminate is only suitable for water-based underfloor heating systems and would need to be encased in a minimum of a 17mm screed. The heating could not exceed 27 degrees.
Yes, this product replicates a slight wood grain. We would highly advise ordering a sample to view the Laminate in person.
This flooring will require underlay. We would recommend using the 2mm Silver Underlay with Vapour Barrier (sku 454195).
