What do you mean by having to seal before grouting?
Our advice: With the tile having a polished finish we recommend sealing the surface to help protect the tile from scratching, and if you wanted to use a darker colour grout, the sealer will stop anything penetrating the tile surface. We would always recommend using a super fine grout with these tiles. This is called Keracolor SF.

How white are these tiles ? In the past I have ordered white tiles online only to find that they are cream rather than white
Our advice: With white being a colour that has different shades, we would always recommend ordering a sample before placing a full order. Just to see if you are happy with the colour

Is there any reason why these can't be used on a shower wall?
Our advice: The tiles can be used on a shower wall, provided that the wall is strong enough to take their weight. We would advise employing a qualified tradesperson to assess the wall to see if it is suitable, and a backerboard (such as sku 445680) may be required to assist with this.

Hi, would these tiles be suitable for outdoor use? I can’t seem to find and polished finish outdoor tiles
Our advice: We would not recommend using a polished til outdoors as they will become very slippery when wet or with frost, etc. We would instead recommend using a matt porcelain tile that has an R rating of R10 or above.
