I sent for three free samples and chose Oxford gray as floor tiles for my new bathroom though they are not yet laid I am pleased with the price and quality. The service from tile mountain was superb, the samples arrived two days later I placed an order which was delivered within the week and this was over the easter holidays. We ordered our tiles online as they didn’t have what we wanted in store, also the sales were online so after choosing what we wanted at a great price we had to then pay £30.00 for a delivery as they didn’t do store pick up. We don’t live to far away from the store so it is a bit of a con.

We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with our delivery costs. We use a courier service and so are governed by their costs - we pay around £60 per pallet per delivery, depending on the delivery location, and so do already subsidise deliveries for customers as much as we can. We do offer collection from our regional showrooms, but this is only available if you purchase directly through your chosen showroom. We also offer the same prices online as we do instore.
