I don't normally do reviews but I am so happy with the product and service I thought I would. It was delivered promptly and well packaged with no damage. I found it very easy to install after viewing a few videos and is definately something that can be done DIY if you have a few of the tools (I ordered the proflooring installation kit). Great value and service.

It looks great, but it was difficult to install and the contractor almost walked out because of it. Some panels arrived a bit damaged, but a wonderful customer service dealt with it fast. I only found out the day before the delivery that they only deliver to the kerbside which is very inconvenient when one is not at home and it’s raining! Luckily the customer services convince the delivery person to bring it up to the flat. I wish that was a norm like with other companies. The best about this whole experience was the fast responding friendly customer service.
