After completing our lounge in this flooring we have decided to use it on the entire ground floor Inc hall and conservatory as it is not only good looking but very durable and of exceptional quality. Not as easy to lay as some similar flooring mas it is very heavy and dense. But worth the extra effort.

Does it work well with electric under floor heating?

Our advice: This flooring can be used with electric underfloor heating providing it is encased in a minimum of a 13mm screed and does not exceed 27 degrees.

Our advice: This flooring can be installed onto existing substrates providing they have minimal imperfections and no movement.

Our advice: This product has built-in underlay so no additional underlay can be used

Can this be laid directly on top of a concrete floor?

Our advice: Yes, this can be installed on top of a concrete floor. With the product having a buit-in underlay, no additional floor covering is need prior to installation.

Our advice: It is fine to use water-based underfloor heating with this product yes. We recommend a maximum temperature of 27 degrees celsius.
