Excellent service
The best customer service I have encountered. Some of my tiles were delivered broken. It was easy to contact and replacements or refund was offered. Replacements were delivered in 2 days. Very polite and helpful staff. And the tiles are good too.

Q : My kitchen floor is part concrete and plywood. I've been advised to cover the whole floor in a latex leveling compound. To level it of course, to seal and cover small gaps making solid for laying quartz tiles. Is this the ideal product to use or can you recommend something else.

Answers (1)
Advice

Ultraplan is suitable to level over your two substrates to create a solid bed to then tile onto. When laying the quartz you would require a latex based adhesive. We would suggest using Keraquick & Latex on a 1:1 ratio. Please find them by searching 012120UK and 215106UK
