I ended up ordering these tiles for my new bathroom, and luckily I managed to order enough, but two of the boxes were damaged whilst in transit. I asked if I could refund these, and I had insufficent photos/images to provide them with to warrant a refund on these damaged products. I told them I couldn't do anything as my plumber didn't have any further pictures to upload on the portal in support of my claim. Lovely Rabia in customer services, did a really kind gesture to refund 50% of those tiles that were damaged. It was so unexpected, but also a lovely touch! Thanks again. I would really recommend using Tile Mountain for your new tiles and they were pretty quick at delivering them to your front door aswell!
