disappointing

These tiles look great and feel great underfoot but they do not all click flat and the surface picks up dirt off your feet really easily - example: if you have been wearing flip flops and your feet are dusty from walking, just walking across the bathroom to the shower causes foot prints to be left on the flooring. The floor ends up looking really dirty.

Can I use electric UFH covered with levelling screed and with a temperature limiter in place?

Our advice: Yes, electric underfloor heating may be used provided the heating doesn't exceed 27 degrees and is encased in a minimum 13mm screed.
