Tiles arrived on time and very well packaged on pallets. No damage seen when unpacked. Look nice when laid and feel strong and substantial.

The tiles look absolutely stunning in both the outdoor garden and the front patio. Their appearance when wet is even more impressive, adding a rich and elegant touch to the overall aesthetic. Our experience with Tile Mountain was excellent. The team demonstrated professionalism throughout, from tile selection to delivery, everything was handled seamlessly. The only area for improvement would be the packaging as the tiles are very heavy and prone to damage; the cardboard covering lacked sufficient corner protection, resulting in a few chipped tiles. Fortunately, our installers were able to repurpose the damaged pieces for smaller areas, which prevented any shortage despite accounting for a 10% wastage buffer. This minor issue does not detract from the overall experience, and I would still rate Tile Mountain five stars. I highly recommend them and my tile installers also mentioned that the quality of tiles were very good. Tip for others considering this tile: Use Mapei Flexible Silver Grey Grout - it complements the tiles perfectly.

Excellent product now tested in the rain, excellent slip resistance as per the specifications. Looks great and arrived promptly with no damages or any other issues. Couldn’t be better.

Our new patio is now laid with these tiles that were delivered 2 days following placing the order, no problem. We are really pleased with the result. Our Landscaper commented on the excellent quality in that all the corners were in tact and they were easy to cut. There was no wastage at all so we have a few left over.
