No space for grout in these tiles - nightmare

Nice times but faulty! Every tile had to be cut vertically where they join as there was absolutely no space for grout. I then had to purchase two more packs and complained at having to pay full price for what was obviously a faulty tile. It was explained that the quality team were looking at the tiles. My bathroom has been finished for 10 days now, i’ve sent a number of emails annd photos and it’s still not resolved. I was very unhappy to have to pay an extra 70 odd pound and then pay the fitter extra for the extra time as he had to cut them all, delaying him, costing extra time and money for me to pay out!

Hi, can these be fitted against dense concrete blocks please?Our Advice

You can install these on dense concrete blocks; however, we would advise using a suitable primer on the blocks first. The primer you use would depend on whether you are installing the tiles indoors or outdoors - please contact us on 01782 223822 for more assistance, if required.
