Very easy to shopping with Tile Mountain. They sent samples and after that the deliver into my door buliding. All process they inform me step by step. I am very happy!

They have a good and varied selection of quality tiles available to suit most tastes and being able to request tile samples free of charge is a bonus. The range of prices are very good, affordable and would suit most budgets. Tile Mountain customer service was very helpful, prompt and efficient when dealing with a query I had pre order and resolved it speedily. On placing my order I was kept notified of loading and despatch times by email and I could also follow the order with on the line tracking facility. Everything went smoothly and my order was delivered as expected, on time with no breakages. The tiles are great quality and the color just lovely for our kitchen. Overall, a very good experience and I would not hesitate to use Tile Mountain again.
