Urban Grey Cement Effect Matt Porcelain Wall and Floor Tile

I ordered 45 tiles for my little shower room. 7 were chipped or broken on receipt. They give you 24hrs to advise of breakages however you have to photograph breakages on the palet which means you have to off load your delivery and check every tile. My tiles were 600 x 300 and very heavy so i waited for the tiler. When ordering they advise an increase in order to rake into account any you break when cutting. None were broken cutting but 15% of my order arrived damaged. Luckily my tiler didn't break any so we had enough however he did need to use the middle of tiles for cuts to finish the job which has spoiled the finish. So very disappointing. I then ordered tiles for my bathroom. My tiler hasn't finished yet hes about half way through. So far 9 are chipped or broken some were broken and the other part wasn't even in the box so they were obviously boxed broken which is totally unacceptable. There were 3 like this in the bottom of one box with the other half missing. By the time my Dad has finished tiling the damages I hate to think how many he will have found. I definitely won't be buying from them again.

The tiles arrived well packed and wrapped on a pallet within three days. My first impression was that they were a little greyer than expected as the ‘urban taupe’ had a more brownish hue. I bought them on a clearance sale and were the cheapest, but great quality online at £14.95 sqm. 1200 x 600mm they are big and heavy and out of the order only 4 tiles were damaged, about an inch wide corner in one box. Not an issue as they can be used for cut tiles. So, great price, great quality and great delivery. I would recommend and use Tile mountain again.
