Nice looking tile but really brittle and chip really easy. The slightest knock will snap a tile in half. These tiles do not like to be scored and snapped along their length.

I am sorry to see that you have experienced some problems with your tiles. It is recommended that porcelain tiles be cut using an electric diamond-tipped wet-wheel cutter that is big enough to fully support the tile. We would not, therefore, advise using a rail cutter with a tile such as this. I am sorry, however, if you were unaware of this until now, and for any inconvenience caused.
