I can confirm that the tiles are rectified - however, if you can please send us some images showing this, and the other issues that you are reporting, we would be more than happy to look into this as a matter of urgency and with the view to resolve these problems for you. The tiles should not be fragile and should be easily cut using a diamond-tipped electronic wet-wheel cutter.
