I can confirm that the tiles are rectified - however, if you can please send us some images showing this, and the other issues that you are reporting, we would be more than happy to look into this as a matter of urgency and with the view to resolve these problems for you. The tiles should not be fragile and should be easily cut using a diamond-tipped electronic wet-wheel cutter. As long as the wall they are being used on is structurally sound and fully able to support the weight of the tiles. A 20mm outdoor slab on a wall can be installed if the correct installation materials are used, such as adhesive and grout.
