Not easy to work with

They look amazing once finished but our tiler had a nightmare applying them and found them sliding down the wall at first. They were very warped and didn’t arrive with any protection in the box meaning some were chipped and just overall disappointed for the cost of them.

Good product - not black

Quick delivery, although most boxes were damaged(torn open). Luckily the tiles were undamaged and all there. Hard to cut and not black- more of an anthracite grey but look great.

Gorgeous tiles!

Gorgeous tiles! Such a reasonable price for the effect these tiles give, they look very premium. Quality is great and they were received well packaged so no damaged items in transit. Agree with other reviews they are more a charcoal than black but that’s what we were going for. Would highly recommend!

Not black

Ordered a sample, clearly said black on the order and the tile, however they are much closer to grey.

Tiles can vary in terms of shade, etc, from batch to batch, and can also look slightly different on different browsers or in different lighting conditions, for example. We offer a sample service so that customers can see the tiles and ascertain whether or not they are suitable for their project prior to placing a full order.

Excellent service. The samples arrived quickly and without a hitch. I was looking for a dark grey hexagonal tile with a matte finish and this is exactly it. As mentioned in other reviews, this is not suitable if you are looking for a true black tile, though.

Are these suitable for a log burner surround?

Our advice: Yes, these are made of durable porcelain construction for use around the log burner. We would also advise using a fire/heatproof adhesive and grout.

Can these tiles be used in exterior

Our advice: Yes, these tiles can be installed outside. If the tiles are being used for a patio area they would need to be installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using a full bed of exterior tile adhesive.
