Beautiful Tiles

We searched all price ranges for the perfect tile for our new home. Luckily for us, this tile fitted the bill better than any other and it was also the most cost effective one we looked at. Now its fitted, we're over the moon with the results. They work beautifully with underfloor heating too.

Nice tiles, but not black!

We have laid the 30 x 60cm Lounge Black Polished Porcelain Floor tiles in our cloakroom. The tiles appear to be of good quality, consistent size and shape. But they are not black. They have a smoky effect and appear mid/dark grey. Also some of ours have a pinky hue and some don't so they appear to be two slightly different colours. We were told they needed sealing so we did that, but the sealed and unsealed tiles appeared to handle water the same, so not sure that was necessary.

We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with your tiles. Tiles can appear different from batch to batch, or in different lighting conditions, for example, so we would always advise checking the tiles fully before installation, as once they are installed we are, unfortunately, more limitted in what we can do to assist. However, if you did want to discuss this further, please contact a member of our customer services team on 01782 223822 or at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk We can confirm that these tiles do require sealing. The sealant will stop the tiles absorbing moisture and dirt, and protect their appearance.

Very satisfied

Ordered these tiles to cover a floor. They arrived quickly, and the advice and customer service received from Tile Mountain was first rate. The only word of caution - being smooth polished porcelain, these tiles can become somewhat slippery when wet, but that's just an attribute of this type of tile, not a fault per se.

Simply Stylish, gives the kitchen a posh look

Order was placed after searching around at multiple stores and sites and eventually decided to go ahead with this one. I would say, the price was better than other sources, delivery was on time as promised. Was quite impressed by the quality, finish and design of the tiles. These are not too dark, not too light. Once installed, these tiles transformed the look of the kitchen by giving it a stylish, posh look.
