Lovely Tiles confusion re delivery though

Really very happy with the quality and look of these tiles. Tiler has just adddded greay grouting to them and they looks perfect. All arrived in great condition too - no breakages and nothing missing which was wonderful. There was some consugion aroudn the delivery from the coureir over the Easter Weekend when Tile mountain had offrered me a Saturday deliver. I stayed in all day and when they did arrive on the Teusday aftert the bank holi8day the couurier advised that they dont work weekends so not sure why that was offered - a bit frustrating but he was very helpful when he did deliver them as I was at work and left them on the pallett next to the garage

Are these suitable for a wet room floor?

Our advice: Yes, these tiles would be suitable.

Does any tile sealant need to be applied on top?

Our advice: These tiles do not require any sealing. However, using a layer of LTP Porcelain Tile Protector (SKU: LTP391) before grouting can help with grout residue removal post-installation.

Are these tiles textured or do they have a smooth finish?

Our advice: These tiles are anti-slip and so will have a rougher texture. They are, however, flat and not riven.

Can these tiles Be used with a suspended flooring system (pedestals)?

Our advice: These tiles are not suitable for use with pedestals as they are not thick enough. We would recommend using a 20mm thick slab tile with pedestals.

Is there an outdoor version of this tile? Or can these be used outside? Are they frost resistant etc? Thanks
