do you make them in 400mm x 400mm
Our advice: These tiles are only available in 595x595mm.

Can be cuted to different size if required
Our advice: Yes, these tiles can be cut. We would advise using a diamond-tipped wet wheel cutter.

I've ordered these a few times now, the order always comes with mixed batches. 1, 2 and 3. Is this a mistake or am I missing something with how they are installed?
Our advice: The numbers you have advised don't appear to be batch numbers. The batch would be similar to 2113 for example. Could you contact us on 01782 223822 or email us on customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk to discuss this further.

Do these tiles need priming on the back before laying??
Our advice: This would depend on the method of installation. Could you contact us at 01782 223822 or email us at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk to discuss this further.

Can this be layed on rubber mounts
Our advice: I'm not sure what you mean by rubber mounts. Are you referring to our tile pedestals? If so, yes, these can be used to install these tiles.

Can this be used on MOT type 1 base and then a mortar mix underneath?
Our advice: It can be installed onto a hardcore base but would need to be installed using our Norcros Rock Tite System.

We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles. These tiles are a glazed porcelain, so the colour will not run all the way through the tile. We would always advise customers let us know of any transit damage within 48 hours of delivery, and we would be happy to replace or refund any damaged items. If you wanted us to look into this further for you, please email us at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk as soon as possible, with some images of the damage and the batch number that is on the boxes.
