Which trim will match the colour of this tile please Our Advice

A good pairing would be our 12mm Brushed Chrome Square Edge Metal Trim SKU: 450995. Please bear in mind this will not be an exact colour match.

How do you clean built up limescale from these tiles? Our Advice

We would advise using our LTP Cement,Grout & Salt Residue Remover (1 Litre) SKU: LTP381. Dilute the product into a spray bottle for ease of application.

I really like this tile and the image of the bathroom. Do you think this would look nice if I covered the whole bathroom in these tiles or better as a feature wall? TiaOur Advice

Thank you for your question. We most commonly sell this tile as a feature tile, with the Yosemite plain grey wall and floor tile. However, it could be used to tile a whole a room.

I have seen a grey tile that looks similar called the stratum grey tile. Is this tile similar in design, texture and colour. Also can you butt these tiles close together as i don't really want a distinctive grout line. They are not going in the bathroom going as a feature wall. Our Advice

Thank you for your question. Yes, the tiles are similar in design, and texture, to our Brix Stratum. However, the colours are different, the Yosemite is considerable lighter. We would not recommend butting these tiles together. However, you could have a 2mm grout line if you did want to minimise the grout line.

what metal tile trim would you advise, bearing in mind the difficulty of making a neat finish with the split face design? Our Advice

Thank you for your question. For this tile, we would recommend brushed effect trim in 15mm, as the matt finish of the trim will complement the matt finish on the tile. As this tile is natural stone, you wouldn't necessarily need tile trim, however, if you would like trim you will need to bare in mind, on your placement selection, because some tiles will be thicker than 15mm.

Can these be used in the wet room in front of the shower? What adhesive would you recommend? We will use Hardie Backer board too. ThanksOur Advice

Thank you for your question. The Yosemite will be perfectly suitable for use in front of a shower they are a porcelain tile and are not absorbent to moisture. I would recommend using Keraflex Maxi S1 (SKU 1202120) as this adhesive has the advantage of being a high grab adhesive perfect for these stunning tiles or our Keraquick adhesive (012120UK) if you wish a faster setting adhesive both of these will be suitable to use with your backer boards. Hi does this tile look much different to the Brix Stratum white. I found that a bit light , wanted something the same but more light grey? Our Advice

Thank you for your question. The Yosemite Grey is a light and slightly darker grey in colour, It has a different effect from the Brix Stratum as the greys are slightly lighter and softer in appearance. I would recommend having a sample to see for yourself the variations in the greys. If you would like any further assistance please call 01782 223822 or email and we will be happy to help
