Tiles were supposed to be rectified and they weren't

The tile is very different from the sample I was sent, its much shinier than the image on the website or the sample. They were supposed to be rectified, they weren't. Very annoying especially as tight deadlines meant we just had to make the best of it, no time to return and pick another tile, so laying has been a nightmare.
