I've checked and these would be ok used on a wall.

This tile is 7mm thick. We would not recommend using a ceramic tile on a garage floor as they are not frost proof and could result in damage. We would recommend using a porcelain tile for your project.

The chess white floor tiles are suitable to use with underfloor heating.

This tile would not be suitable for outdoor use. We would recommend our Matt Extreme White 600x600mm (SKU: 435445) which can be used internally and externally.

Our closest floor tile to the size you are looking for would be our Chess White Floor Tile 332x332mm (SKU: 433315). However, we do have 200x200mm Prismatics White tiles in Satin and Gloss, but these would only be suitable for the walls.
