Wish I’d never bought them!

Bought these for our new extension and hate them- they stain really easily, hard to keep clean- wouldn’t recommend.

We are very sorry to see that you are experiencing some problems with your tiles. As these tiles are anti-slip, they do have a rougher texture, and dirt/residues can become stuck in the surface of the tile. This can easily be removed, however, using the right cleaning products, and by using a tile protector on the tiles to help to make them easier to clean when dirty. We wold welcome some images of the tiles in order for us to assist further with rectifying this issue. Please email those to us if you would like us to do so. Regards, Joanna

Beautiful tiles.

Beautiful tiles that look like polished stone but with a tint of blue marble. Bought to go in our wet room.

For outdoor projects, other than the tile what else would you need?

logo

Our advice: We would recommend installing any outdoor porcelain onto a solid concrete base. With this you would require adhesive and grout suitable for outdoor use such as Adesilex P9 White Slow Setting Adhesive and Mapei Ultracolor Grout.

Hi I'm currently installing these tiles and they seem to stain very easily. Do they need sealing before grouting?

logo

Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing. To assist with the removal of grout you can apply our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391
