For outdoor projects, other than the tile what else would you need?
Our advice: We would recommend installing any outdoor porcelain onto a solid concrete base. With this you would require adhesive and grout suitable for outdoor use such as Adesilex P9 White Slow Setting Adhesive and Mapei Ultracolor Grout.

Hi I'm currently installing these tiles and they seem to stain very easily. Do they need sealing before grouting?
Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing. To assist with the removal of grout you can apply our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391

Is it suitable for outdoor use please? I’ve noticed other outdoor porcelain tiles are more like 20mm thick?
Our advice: These tiles are suitable for exterior projects providing they are installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered with an exterior tile adhesive.

Our advice: We do not stock a companion edging tile.
We are very sorry to see that you are experiencing some problems with your tiles. As these tiles are anti-slip, they do have a rougher texture, and dirt/residues can become stuck in the surface of the tile. This can easily be removed, however, using the right cleaning products, and by using a tile protector on the tiles to help to make them easier to clean when dirty.
