Cleaning and Maintenance

Note: For outdoor installations these tiles must be installed onto a suitable solid concrete base and fully bedded using a suitable flexible tile adhesive, we’d recommend Mapei Adesilex P4.

We also recommend using LTP Porcelain Tile Protector to aid in the release of cementitious grout and organic deposits from the finely textured tile surface. Please read this product's datasheet.

Great company to deal with and perfect fit tiles

I bought tiles from this company a few times but this time around was a bit more challenging due to us nit ordering sufficient tiles and the courrier not to be up to scratch. Long story short, the ladies answering calls were great and managed to save the day providing excellent customer service We are now just waiting for the balustrade to be totally finished. But I've taken some pictures of the tiling. This is a terrace on the top of a garage. Tiles needed to be anti slip, slim, and frost resistant. We're happy with the result!

Amazing tiles, look stunning

Maddox grey porcelain tile

Great looking and affordable tile. Staff were friendly and helped me choose the right tile within my budget. These tiles a fragile so take caution when transporting. I’m a DIY’er and so far have enjoyed installing these. Wonder if they are built to last. Can be used on floor/walls even outdoors.

Can these tiles be installed using the suspended system shown in the video? Thanks

Our advice: No, only our 20mm slab can be installed using the pedestal system. These tiles would need to be installed onto a solid base. Please note if you plan to install them externally they need to be installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using an exterior tile adhesive.

What size grout joints are recommended for exterior use?

Our advice: We would recommend using a 5mm grout joint. Please bear in mind these tiles would need to be installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered with an exterior tile adhesive.

Would these tiles be suitable to go round a swimming pool?

Our advice: We would advise using a tile no less than an R12 slip rating.

I was planning on laying these on hardcore base and then fixing them in with cement. Is this possible?

Our advice: This method of installation would not be suitable. The tiles need to be installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered with an exterior tile adhesive.

I want to use these tiles for a patio . I intend to erect a pergola so would need to attach pergola posts to the patio via screws on brackets. Would that be possible on these tiles?

Our advice: As this is predominately an interior tile that can be used outside this would not be suitable in terms of supporting the structure. There will be no problem drilling into the tile we just could not guarantee the weight of the Pergola would be sufficiently secure/supported. We would advise checking out our outdoor slab range which comprises a range of 20mm tiles.
