Can these tile be used for a garage e.g. suitable to take the weight of a standard car?
Our advice: These tiles would not be suitable to support the weight of a car. Our 20mm Outdoor Slabs would be a good choice for that kind of project.

Hi are these tiles for outdoor weather? Many thanks sonia
Our advice: These tiles are suitable for exterior projects. Please note they are required to be installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using and exterior tile adhesive.

Can you please recommend how to clean theses tiles. I have scrubbed on my hands and knees and dried straight away and I still left with marks.
Our advice: We would advise cleaning any general marks with our LTP Porcelain Tile Cleaner SKU: LTP101. If you are trying to remove anything more specific such as rust or organic matter, please let us know so that we can recommend a more suitable cleaner.

Hi I have an external decking area covered in OSB board and painted with Flexacryl oil based waterproof paint would I Be able to lay over the surface with these tiles if I used a flexible exterior adhesive
Our advice: We would not advise tiling onto an OSB board, especially when it is installed outside. With the Maddox range, we would only ever advise using this outside, providing it is installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using an exterior tile adhesive.

Are these tiles Anti slip Thanks
Our advice: These tiles are rated R11 - These are best used in areas which may be subject to heavy wetting of the surface: Wetrooms, exposed balconies, patios. The tile surface will usually be a heavier textured matt glaze, sometimes with a slight surface structure, designed to prevent shoes from sliding over their surface.

We don’t have a concrete base, we were wanting to lay onto hardcore, is this possible?
Our advice: A hardcore base would not be suitable for this tile. You would need to use one of our 20mm slabs.
