Great product but poor service.

Delivery was a few days late. Poor communication. I waited in for a couple days in case they show up (8am to 6pm) but nobody did. Contacted and made a complaint was promised compensation but again nobody got in touch or dealt with it. The click vinyl floor itself is good quality and looks great. Let down by service. Still no sign of compensation and it’s been a few weeks.

Our advice: This product would be unsuitable for a herringbone design. If you filter your search results to Luxury Vinyl and then select Herringbone design the website will show the ranges suitable for that pattern.

Our advice: We don't stock skirting boards I'm sorry. We offer a Scotia trim though the best match we could offer would be our Dark Laminate Scotia 2.4m SKU: 454225.

What colour exactly is midnight? Is it black or dark blue? In the pictures it looks like a dark grey.
