Can these tile be used for a garage e.g. suitable to take the weight of a standard car?
Our advice: These tiles would not be suitable to support the weight of a car. Our 20mm Outdoor Slabs would be a good choice for that kind of project.

Can you please recommend how to clean theses tiles. I have scrubbed on my hands and knees and dried straight away and I still left with marks.
Our advice: We would advise cleaning any general marks with our LTP Porcelain Tile Cleaner SKU: LTP101. If you are trying to remove anything more specific such as rust or organic matter, please let us know so that we can recommend a more suitable cleaner.

Hi I have an external decking area covered in OSB board and painted with Flexacryl oil based waterproof paint would I Be able to lay over the surface with these tiles if I used a flexible exterior adhesive
Our advice: We would not advise tiling onto an OSB board, especially when it is installed outside. With the Maddox range, we would only ever advise using this outside, providing it is installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using an exterior tile adhesive.

We don’t have a concrete base, we were wanting to lay onto hardcore, is this possible?
Our advice: A hardcore base would not be suitable for this tile. You would need to use one of our 20mm slabs.
