You may think that Instagram is just lots of pictures of strategically placed lattes and fashionable 20-somethings but the truth is, there’s a wealth of incredible talent in the realms of interior design. The popular social platform has seen the rise of many great interior design enthusiasts who’ve made their mark with their own unique vision and swoon-worthy style.
So today, we’re sharing some of our very favourite. Whether you’re looking for some interior design ideas for your own home or just want a little aesthetic escapism, here are the interior Instagram feeds you’re going to want to follow.
Cowboy Kate
Kate’s incredible dark bohemian style is dramatic, bold and glamorous. If you love maximalism and layering, you’ll love her feed as much as we do.
French for Pineapple
Bianca shares a mix of her own beautiful London home (as seen below) as well as the work of designers she finds inspiring. We particularly love her chic living room but she’s currently in the process of revamping her kitchen so give her a follow to see what she does.
Come Down to the Woods
Katie’s period property renovations are a lesson in beautiful eclectic design. She mixes old and new seamlessly, giving period features an updated twist as she has here in her bathroom. We love the powder pink clawfoot tub and those stunning patterned tiles.
Grillo Designs
If you love a bit of DIY, then Medina is certainly one to watch. Her rustic style comes to life through the myriad of projects she tackles herself. Creative, clever, and oh so inspiring!
Design Sixty-Nine
We love Malcolm’s chic home which promises a luxury look even on a budget. We’re particularly enamoured by the built-in bookcases in his lounge – would you believe that’s an IKEA hack? Check out more of his feed for inspiring projects like this one.
Mrs Rackley Home
If you love a bit of feminine glamour, you’ll love Mrs Rackley’s style. Her home is soft and sophisticated and oozing in glittery details that are hard to resist.
Cate St. Hill
For those who love a bit of Scandi style, look no further than Cate’s stunning London home. Filled with stylish design choices and soothing colours, her feed is one of calm chic and simple living.
Everything Ellie
If it’s a more modern rustic look you’re after, check out Ellie’s warm and welcoming style. Combining soft greys and warm wood finishes, her home is the kind of place you could happily relax in. We particularly love her newly revamped bathroom using Tile Mountain tiles!
Man with a Hammer
For those who love to watch a period property brought back to life, check out Greg’s feed which chronicles the work he’s done to his stately Victorian property. His style is classy as well as bold and unapologetic. We love his bathroom remodel, filled with stunning tiles and lots of greenery.
Lust Living
Olivia’s glamorous Scandi style is certainly one to watch. We love how effortless her makeovers are, combining a love of soft greys and pinks with textural fabrics and touches of gold.
Pati Robins
Fearless and edgy, Pati’s style gravitates toward dark walls and bold stand-out features. She loves her dramatic colours and her commentary nearly always makes us laugh out loud. (You can get the look of her fantastic distressed wood effect flooring here!)
