Beautifully Botanical

Botanical and nature-inspired themes are trending for all interiors, not just bathrooms. These are our new Oasis Floral  hexagonal porcelain tiles, which come in a selection of 12 leafy designs, and 27 variations on the plainer all-green option. Suited to the wall or the floor, which means they can be mixed in fully tiled shower room or used as a feature wall or panel in bathrooms – perhaps with contrasting colourful cabinetry.

Elegant Onyx

Onyx style patterns and designs are totally on trend, we’re seeing this pattern in home accessories such as vases and bowls as well as surfaces and tiles. These floor and wall tiles are Merope Onyx Marble Effect Beige Polished tiles, which come in a large format, 1190mm x 590mm. Large format tiles are suited to shower spaces where the idea is to minimise the look of grout lines and maximise the feeling of spaciousness within the room.

Pink’n’Black

Pale pink is a retro, almost classic, shade for tiles – think of grand Art-Deco style hotel bathrooms in that distinctive ‘bathroom pink’ or ‘bathroom green’. These little beauties are Manacor Blush 100mm x 100mm ceramic wall tiles, with a glossy finish and puddle glaze that enhances the very-slightly undulating surface. Team with wall-hung cabinetry and black accents for a very stylish look. Try wall-hung vanity units and vertical radiators in Anthracite and Black from Bathroom Mountain, to get the look.

Contemporary Bathroom Blues

Luken Arinka and Marine are recent additions to our ever-expanding collection, and add a fresh and breezy look to the bathroom. The wall tiles are Luken Marine used in an upright vertical pattern, with each tile measuring 600mm x 300mm and having the appearance of eight narrow tiles in varying subtle shades of blue. Floor tiles are patterned Arinka Marine with adding contemporary style in blues and greys. A great example of practical and on-trend design for the bathroom.

Classic Bathroom Blues

So … we just had to show you how the same tiles can add a traditional air to the bathroom, and it all depends on the accessories, cabinets and finishing touches. Luken Arinka and Marine work very well with a more traditional choice of furniture, lighting and mirror. Get that traditional look with Bermuda cabinets in Dove Grey or Chalk White from Bathroom Mountain .

Colour Blocking

Using large ‘blocks’ of strong colour continues to trend, with indigo, navy, jade and black being strong colour block shades. This bathroom uses Manacor Ocean Blue tiles to provide a big, blue, block of colour. Manacor tiles are 100mm x 100mm and add a simple, yet strong element to a pared-back bathroom.

New Pattern Alert

Trying to decide on a new bathroom scheme? Thinking about going for neutrals or mono, pattern or plain? Consider the new Windsor Multi Patterned Matt Porcelain wall and floor tiles. Each tile measures 450mm x 450mm and looks like four smaller, differently patterned tiles. A very simple way of adding pattern and colour to a plain scheme.

Modern Vintage

Stay on trend with easy-care flooring that looks good and provides an element of pattern – such as our Sea Light Vintage Patterned Laminate flooring. The latest bathroom looks include traditional elements, such as wall panelling and roll-top tubs, accessorised with Scandi-style items such as a simple wooden towel ladder, and a macrame storage basket. Take a look at freestanding roll-top baths from Bathroom Mountain to get that look …

Natural Style

The look of natural stone tiles is always on trend … but can be an expensive choice, so for practical and budgetary reasons, consider porcelain instead. Our Inari Cream Matt Wall Tiles are designed to replicate natural stone – metamorphic rock to be precise. These tiles have rectified edges, which means the grout lines are minimal and sleek, and they have a matt finish, just like natural stone.

Glam it up with Mercury Grey

Grey is a neutral … and can be used either as a background colour or as the main event. The latest trends for bathrooms include reeded glass for shower screens and room dividers, black brassware, and wall hung basins. All of these elements are combined here to create a contemporary scheme that will be on-trend for many years to come. The tiles are recent additions to the collection, Manacor Mercury Grey with a deep glaze and 100mm x 100mm format.

Upright Greys

Using tiles vertically, rather than horizontally, is a design trick that works very well in the bathroom, it can make the space appear to be more streamlined. Inari Gris Matt Wall Tiles replicate natural stone, this time in a shade of grey, and there are also floor tiles in the collection too. Each measures 900mm x 300mm, so are a good choice for anyone who wants a larger format tile. Take a look at some sleek black taps and mirrors to accent the scheme, available from Bathroom Mountain.
