What is the wear rating please? Is it like the PEI rating please and if so what is the PEI of these tiles please
Our advice: Yes, this is the PEI rating. Tiles that are classified as PEI 3 are suited for all residential and light commercial areas such as offices, reception areas, boutiques, interior walls, countertops and residential bathroom floors. They are not however recommended for use in lobbies or entryways in commercial properties.

Im looking for 45 x45 size floor tiles in brillant white,do these come in that size as it only shows 600 x 600
Our advice: These tiles are not available in 45x45cm. The closest we could offer would be a white marble effect tile in gloss 45x45xcm.
on your website it does not state these tiles are different colours/shades, we have received 2nd order and they have been put down and the colours are not even close to matching????
Our advice: We are sorry that this wasn't clear. It is standard practice that the tiles are produced in batches. Between the batches, there can be shade and sizing differences and is recognised by the British Trading standards. We outline this in our terms and conditions and we do also alert you of this on our website with a pop-up box when you place a top-up order. Unfortunately, due to the time frame between the orders, I'm afraid we would be unable to match the batch of tiles you received in 2020. If you could give us a call on 01782 223822 to discuss this further.
PD6000 code on box we put down and looks grey not white??
Our advice: We have responded to you in a duplicate question. Could you please either email us at email@example.com or call us on 01782 223822 to discuss this further.
