Do I need to seal the tile and grout? I have installed the tiles in a hallway so looking to ensure the best protection from wear and tear.
Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing. You could apply a protector which will help maintain the tiles. We would suggest using our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391.

Can you recommend a plain tile that could be used as a border please? Preferably grey. Would it have to be the same size and thickness?
Our advice: For a border tile, It would look best if it was of a similar size and the same thickness as your main tile. A recommendation would be the Swing Grey Wall and Floor Tiles. These are of the same thickness however are slightly less than half the size of the tile. We would recommend you order a sample to test the suitability of this tile.
