The ordering process was nice and easy, delivery driver was very pleasant and the tiles were very good quality. They cut beautifully with no chipping. For a large tile they wasn't bowed like so many of the ones you get these days. I have a very happy customer.

We used the tiles for both the floor and walls in our bathroom and love how it turned out. I can't comment on how easy they are to cut and fit as they were done by a professional...but I didn't hear any complaints!

Nice large format tile

As the Yosemite brick effect wall tile, be very careful cutting as its party trick is to chip right at the last second if mitreing your cuts, looks very nice and give a hotel room effect

Fantastic

Absolutely fantastic, they look great. The quality is super durable and goes fantastically with the other matching tiles. All of the tiles in the selection were fantastic however we loved how they looked.

excellent delivery

The product is waiting to be fitted but the delivery man went more than the extra mile to deliver in a large lorry, when they should have sent a small vehicle, or delivered in two loads. I had given details of the restricted access but this had been ignored by the delivery company. I can't praise the driver, and all other delivery drivers enough. He made sure the tiles were deposited at a manageable point, despite having to negotiate parked cars and narrow spaces. He didn't give up when he would have been justified to do so. I am so grateful for his wonderful attitude and help.
