Hello, a question about the Muralla Beige Brick Wall Tile. Do these need to be sealed? Thanks, AndrewOur Advice

The Muralla tiles are made from glazed porcelain so do not require to be sealed.

Would you be able to tell me which colored tiles are used in the picture of the kitchen. ThanksOur Advice

With the Muralla Beige, the shades vary from lighter to darker tiles within the boxes and the images would be of just the Beige tile.

We have just had our kitchen tiled with the Muralla beige tile and it looks great. However, despite numerous attempts to wash off the grout residue each time it dries a white powdery film reappears. How do we get rid of this, is there a product that will help? Many thanks - MarilynOur Advice

The product we would recommend to help with your grout residue is the Fila Deterdek Residue Remover SKU 430650. Also the Fila tile and stone cleaner SKU 430655 Which will help to remove the residue and be best for ever day cleaning of your tiles.

you state that the muralla brick wall is ideal in a kitchen as a splash back what about behind a cooker with cooking oil stains on a rustic finished tileOur Advice

The tile is manufactured from dense porcelain. Therefore the face will not be porous so will be ideal for use around a cooker or as a splash back. To assist with maintenance we recommend to clean with Fila Cleaner 430655.

Hi, We would like to order some of the muralla bricks after ordering the samples. We just want to check what the colours are on the photographic example. Not sure if to purchase just the murella red and beige, or to mix it with 10% grey or black. Please can you advise which colours they are exactly? K. regards RachelOur Advice

Thank you for your question. The images provided on the Muralla Beige are all of the beige tiles, the colour does vary within the range to replicate natural brick, so if you were looking to achieve a similar effect, you could do so with the one colour.
