I have bought a house with these tiles put down on the floor and part of an en-suite bathroom wall. The grout is all cracking and coming away, leaving the bathroom unsealed. Can you recommend what tile adhesive and grout to use please.
Our advice: We would recommend using Keraquick Grey Fast Setting Adhesive 20kg SKU: 012120UK and Ultracolor Anthracite (Charcoal) 114 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011405A

What is their anti slip rating?
Our advice: These tiles do have a matt finish; however, do not have a slip rating. We would recommend a sample tile before ordering.

Are these tiles solid porcelain?
Our advice: They are a glazed porcelain, so they are solid porcelain with a glaze on the surface to give it its design

can these tiles be used with underfloor heating
Our advice: Yes, these tiles would be suitable for use with underfloor heating. We would always recommend applying a layer of screed #SKU: 0124325 over the underfloor heating to protect it from laying and removal of tiles, also, this helps to distribute the heat evenly throughout the tiles to avoid cold spots. Many Thanks,
