Do these need to be sealed? The sample looks sealed, no absorption on a test so not sure if a separate sealer is needed as well? Please advise
Our advice: Yes, we recommend the MP 90 - 1 Ltr - Water and Oil Repellent Protection. During the polishing process, micro-pores are opened up, so these tiles require sealing to avoid staining. After initial sealing, we advise you re-seal the tiles every 2-3 years.

We apologise that you had issues when completing the installation. As the tile is non-rectified they do not have a perfect corner however we would not expect this to affect the overall project. If you would like to discuss this further please contact us.
