What size is each individual tile?
Our advice: Each tile is 450x450mm. Within this tile, mock grout joints divide the tiles to appear as four smaller tiles measuring 225x225mm.

Please can you recommend what size spacers to use that will match what is already on the tiles pls.
Our advice: We would recommend a 2mm grout joint.

The grouting lines are terracotta, can this be filled with a different colour grout?
