Excellent quality, fantastic service

We purchased 21m3 of these tiles for living room and hallway. From ordering samples to placing the larger order the service was impeccable. Delivery was extremely fast, and customer service were in contact about a small delay which I was very impressed over. The tiles themselves are fantastic quality and have been laid with ease. The floor looks amazing, just need to choose grout now to finish it off.

What does r9 mean with the slip rating, is that any good?

Our advice: R9 - Best used in dry indoor areas: Bathrooms*, kitchens*, hallways*, living rooms, bedrooms and studies. Generally, smooth surface gloss or matt tiles which can produce a slip hazard when wet, as a shoe may slide over the tiles *Suitable matting should be in place to absorb water splashes etc

Our advice: This tile is 9.5mm thick, has an anti-slip rating of R9, and is porcelain, making it very durable and suitable for a wide range of applications. This can also be used outdoors, provided it is installed onto a fully cured, solid concrete base.

Our advice: As the tiles are porcelain, they could be used outside; however, they do not have much grip, so could be very slippery as they have a smooth finish.
