HI, do these tiles need to be sealed once installed?
Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing. You can however apply our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391 which will help with the maintenance of the tiles.

What if the tiles are broken on arrival
Our advice: If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform Tile Mountain within 2 working days from delivery. Please provide an image taken whilst the items are still on the pallet. We will endeavour to send replacements or issue a refund where applicable as quickly as possible.
