I was planning to use these for my Kitchen flooring with electric underfloor system. Do the surface need to be sealed on regular basis. What sort of grout should be used.
Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing. We would advise using our Ultracolor Manhattan (Light Grey) 110 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011005A.

Can these be used on bathroom walls? For the shower and sink area? And are Matt tiles harder to keep clean than satin or gloss?
Our advice: As these tiles are made of vitrified ceramic, they can be used in a bathroom and around a shower and sink. Matt tiles are as easy to clean as satin or gloss, we recommend a neutral cleaner designed for tiles.

Can these be used outside on a patio or just inside?
Our advice: We would not recommend using these tiles outside, as the moisture content in the tile means that it is not frost proof.

is this a ceramic tile or porcelain? i got the sample and like it but need to be sure it is ceramic as i will have water underfloor heating. From experience (tried both ceramic & porcelain), ceramic tiles are better conductors of heat and that is what I need and want.
Our advice: Yes, these ties are ceramic. You would need to use a flexible adhesive to apply these with underfloor heating. We would recommend using our Keraquick Grey Fast SettingAdhesive # 012120UK to be mixed with our Latex Plus # 215106UK. This will give the flexibility needed for these tiles. Many Thanks.
