What grout would you recommend, and how much for 20sq mtr.
Our advice: We would advise using our Ultracolor Medium Grey 112 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU:6011205A. If setting the grout joints at the minimum of 5 mm you would require x3 5kg bags to complete the project.

Hi, What is the R rating for the indoor tile
Our advice: This tile has not been tested by the manufacturer for a slip rating. It does have a matt texture that offers slip resistance, we would suggest ordering a sample to determine suitability for your project.

We are sorry to see that you are unhappy with the tiles. We would always advise customers to contact us with any problems or concerns prior to starting the installation, as this gives us a chance to resolve the issue. I cannot see, however, that we have been informed of this problem until now. As the tiles have been installed, this leaves us more limited in what we can do to assist. However, if you wanted to discuss this further please contact our customer service team on 01782 223822.
