How are these tiles laid - does it have to be a solid concrete surface or hardcore etc
Our advice: There are two methods of installation for outdoor slabs. the preferred method would be onto a cured concrete slab and adhering with an external tile adhesive such as our Adesilex P4 Grey Floor Adhesive 20kg SKU: 218220 alternatively you can install onto a hardcore base and adhere using or Norcro Three-part rock Tite kit.

I intend installing these tiles using pedestal supports. Are they suitable for this? Also how many are recommended per tile?
Our advice: Yes, our pedestals are suitable for this tile. We would need to know the area of your project as calculating the required amount isn't as simple as a set amount per tile. If you could call us on 01782 223822 or email us at customer.service@tilemountain.co.uk we can advise you further in regards to your query.

I want these tiles for my garden - does it get slippery from the rain? And does it dry fast after the rain?
Our advice: The tiles are purpose made for external use and so we would not expect them to be overly slippery when wet. Being porcelain, rainwater cannot soak through the tiles and so we advise installing them at a slight gradient to allow any rainwater to run off the tiles.
