Q : What anti slip rating do these have? Can they be used in walk in shower?

The Cement Ash Structured tiles have not been given an anti-slip rating. However, they have a matt finish and offer a good level of grip, so they are suitable for use in the area specified. We would always advise having a full sample so that you can ensure you are happy with the level of grip offered.

Great Value

Very happy with my order from Tile Mountain. Service from sample stage through to complete order was excellent. I ordered full tiles to check the pattern and finish against other items. As others have said, these tiles need to be stacked one on top of the other, and not laid brick style. This was fine by us. Price is excellent. This is a nicely strong porcelain tile of a good size and an interesting colour, which is not too 'cool' in a room with little natural light. We coordinated it with the charcoal version of the same tile for the floor, in 60 x 60 size. We had a superb tiler, and the finished result is fantastic. Only quibble is the fact that TM recommended super rapid adhesive, which was a bit too rapid for our tiler. We ended up buying a slower adhesive locally to give him the adjustment time that he wanted. Overall a great result, and we are tempted to buy more of the same tiles now for our next bathroom.

We tiled the kitchen floor with these tiles, as first time DIYers. We were thinking about the Doblo light grey as well, but then we decided about this because we wanted a bit more interesting view. We like it because it has a light colour, but not fully homogenous, so scratches and faults by usage are hardly visible, the glazing is very tough and hard (as on other glazed tiles as well - I guess). The structured surface is not slippery even if it's wet, and not too rough to collect dirt. As I found in other reviews, ours was slightly bended as well, so it was not the best to lay it in brick pattern, putting them in straight rows could have hidden this deformation. We could find almost completely straight and bended pieces even in the same box, and the deformations were various. Quality insurance seems not a strong point at the manufacturer. It can easily be cut by a DIY manual tile cutter.
