The tiles look great with its white glow that make my patio looks clean and bright. However, it’s easy to get shoe marks and other yellow dirt patches. It’s quite difficult to remove the stains by water. What cleaner can we use to get rid of the stains?

I want to install a balustrade on top of these. Can you advise what type of diamond drill bit to use to make the holes for the fixings? I am also seeing some vague references to double fired tiles and hardness 5 tiles. Is that anything to do with these cararra tiles?
Our advice: In regards to which type of Diamond tipped drill bit would be required, we could not advise as this would be subject to what fixings are used. But so long as the bit is Diamond tipped it will be suitable for use with these Porcelain slabs. These slabs are Porcelain which is incredibly durable and has a wear rating of 4 which is deemed suitable for residential applications as well as medium commercial and light institutional.

Can you tell me how anti slip these tiles are please for use in garden
Our advice: These tiles are rated R11, Best used in areas which may be subject to heavy wetting of the surface: Wetrooms, exposed balconies, patios. The tile surface will usually be a heavier textured matt glaze, sometimes with a slight surface structure, designed to prevent shoes from sliding over their surface. Designed for both indoor and outdoor areas, where there can also be the presence of other surface contaminants, such as liquid soaps and leaf debris.

hi whats maximum weight can be place on those tiles?
Our advice: There isnt a maximum weight for the outdoor slabs really. If the tiles are being laid onto a solid concrete base with a full bed of adhesive and grout, anything would be okay e.g, hot-tubs, garden furniture, outdoor BBQs. What is it you're looking to use or place on top?

Can these tiles be laid onto wooden decking
Our advice: No, these tiles would need to be installed onto either a cured concrete base and adhered with an external tile adhesive or set onto a hardcore base and fixed with our Norcros Rock Tite system.

Hi Love these tiles. Just wanted to know if it is safe to use a jet wash to clean them occasionally
