Can these slabs be laid on a mortar bed with a slurry primer?
Our advice: No, we would only advise laying the tiles onto a cured concrete base and adhering with a tile adhesive or laying onto a hardcore base and adhering using our Norcros Rock Tite System.

If laid on a concrete slab which would be 4.2m x 4.2m would I need to put expansion joints into the slab and also the tiles?
Our advice: An expansion joint on a project of this size would not be necessary.

I recently ordered a free sample of this tile and want to use it when I have my garden done in June... will you definitely have them in stock (need about 70 slabs) or is it possible to pre-order for that time in case they sell out again?
Our advice: Unfortunately, we can only hold orders for up to two weeks. There is no guarantee that these tiles will be available come closer to the time. However, if you choose to wait for the tiles to be back in stock, we would recommend ordering another sample closer to the time due to a batch difference as the sample received may not match identically to the tiles you order.

can these tiles be laid with sand and cement mortar and have you got a installation sheet
Our advice: Hi, we wouldn't recommend instaling them in this way as you would be running the risk of the cement staining the tiles. We would advise installing them on a cured cement base and adhering the tile with our Adesilex P4 Grey Floor Adhesive 20kg SKU: 218220

Hi will you be getting these back in stock soon? If not do you have anything similar for outdoor use. Looking to match the Urban tile that we have indoors.
Our advice: Beton will be back to its good availability towards the end of May. The closest we have in stock currently is Nexus Clay Outdoor
